A lawmaker of the Justice and Prosperous Party (PKS) Faction resigned today from the House of Representatives (DPR). Arifinto was photographed allegedly viewing pornographic content on his tablet during a House plenary session last Friday.
"I apologize to all PKS members, sympathizers, constituents and honorable House members," Arifinto told reporters at the DPR office on Monday.
Arifinto is a member of PKS Faction at the DPR for the period of between 2009 and 2014.
Arifinto has been in the past three days under fire for allegedly watching a porn video on his tablet during a Plenary session on Friday. He admitted that the video link was attached through an email whose sender was unknown to the House member.
