MEDAN, North Sumatra - Two Malaysia-flagged vessels still detained by Indonesian Navy at Belawan seaport near Medan, North Sumatra.
Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Agency (KKP) arrested them for illegal fishing around Indonesia maritime border.
"However, three copters belong to Malaysia government come and ask to set the vessels free. Even, they aiming weapons to us," said KKP's Hiu 001 Captain Mochammad Nursalim.
KKP rejected the order and drove them quickly. "later, the Malaysian Maritime Office's helicopters back to their home base."
Both vessels -- identified with number of KF 5325 and KF 5195 -- employed crews from Thailand and Myanmar.
